OKAY SO Cami O'Connell is a baby vampire. As a vampire, this comes with certain abilities. While due to the fact that she is a baby, she is a bit on the weak side as far as vampires are concerned, but they are as follows:

» Enhanced speed, strength and senses.
» Compulsion, dream walking and other mental powers.

With regards to complusion:
Cami will not be compelling anyone unless we've explicitly plotted it first. She's been a victim of it in the past, and unless she needs to snatch-eat-erase, or you massively piss her off, she is not likely to use it on you. If I feel like we've reached a point ICly where she might resort to that, I will contact you first and we will discuss it. Odds are it will only be at most, to forget the fact that she's fed on you, or some way of (harmlessly) humiliating yourself.

She also cannot compel other vampires, and if you play a vampire, I am good with that continuing across canon lines if you are.

With regards to feeding:
While she's pretty solid with regards to her control she does ... actually like feeding from people, so while she will rely on blood bags for the most part, she would also be open to finding living, consensual donors if that is a plot that you are interested in playing out. If not, no harm, no foul! She wouldn't approach anyone about it so it would only matter if it happened to come up ICly.

Psychologist in the House:
Cami is a trained therapist and canonly speaking, is fairly intuitive, and while I do my best to refer strictly to the narration with regards to her insights, I am familiar with many canons in the game. If you feel like I'm overstepping that IC line and infomodding, please feel free to let me know - it's likely an accident and I do not wish to make anyone uncomfortable.
